Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I sent a fax successfully with HP Smart (I have the HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer), and at the bottom of the page is a blue button to "Print Confirmation" and under that a white button "Home".  The Print Confirmation button doesn't work. I can take a screen shot, but would like to know if there's a fix for the blue button not working. Thanks!

I regret to inform you that HP Smart App "Won't Print Fax Confirmation Page", hence the option is not highlighted!

 

Workaround via Screenshot : Take a screenshot of the confirmation page and print it manually.
