Apple menu.
System Preferences or System Settings depending on MacOs version
Check for Updates.
Uncheck automation options.
 
Faire:
Menu pomme.
Préférences Système ou Réglages système selon version Mac Os
Rechercher Mises à jour.
Décocher les options d'automatisme

You intervene to constantly remind us that we must use English. It's normal. But what's the point of repeating it over and over again?
You "work on behalf of HP" but what are you doing to obtain a correction from HP? What are you doing to get HP to remove Version 2 from the app store and get all users out of this situation?
What is the most serious situation? a few words of French or broken software?

Vous intervenez pour rappeler sans cesse que nous devons utiliser l'Anglais. C'est normal. Mais à quoi bon le répéter encore et encore ?
You "work on behalf of HP" mais que faites vous pour obtenir de HP une correction? Que faites vous pour qu'HP enlève la Version 2 de l'app store et que tous les utilisateurs sortent de cette situation.
Quelle est la situation la plus grave? quelques mots de Français ou un logiciel hors d'usage?

Ai pu télécharger et ouvrir le logiciel à partir du fichier compressé mais en cliquant sur "numériser" il reste planté sur "préparation de la numérisation"  Faut-il effacer "HPEasyScan  ?

1 / You must delete version 2 from the Applications folder.

2 / you must insert the unzipped version 1 folder into the Applications folder.

PLEASE NOTE: Version 1 is not compatible with the latest versions of MacOs. Monterey may be the last compatible one.

2 / il faut insérer le dossier décompressé de la version 1dans le dossier Applications.
