Hello, I hope someone can help, for some reason we cannot scan to email anymore on our 8720. We were using the HP print apps, but now it doesn't work. We cannot remember our pin for the web based scan to email and I can't figure out how to clear all the setting on the printer to reset it all. I have tried rebooting multiple times, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all software/drivers/firmware but still no luck. Please help!

This printer supports SMTP digital sending option.
Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to configure / test / view the Scan to Email settings.
The PIN can be edited / cleared in the Edit section for an existing profile.
Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Scan > Scan to Email > Settings / Scan to Email Setup

I cannot figure out what the smtp server is? I had this all cleared out so we could scan to email but some how it all got reset? So now I have to do this all again. I have our default from, display, but don’t have the server from the ews.
