The scanner doesnt work, it says device not found. How can I fix this? This is only happening in Win 11 pc, the scanner is working in win 10 pc

This is a user to user forum and I am just the messenger of this bad news: there is a known problem as discussed here.
How to contact an HP agent:
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
If you are out of warranty, you might consider asking Microsoft's Copilot for advice. Be sure to identify your product, what the problem is, and ask for videos.
There is also HP smart friend but Copilot is not restricted on answering certain questions and does not charge anything..

Make sure the USB cable is connected properly. Download the latest HP ScanJet Pro 3000 s3 driver for Windows 11 from the HP website. Install the full driver and restart your PC. Go to Device Manager and check if the scanner shows there. If not, try a different USB port. Turn off other scanners to avoid conflict. Keep Windows fully updated.
