The Envy 4500 is not a fax machine, it is a pritner, scanner and a copier only..

I sure am dissapiontet in the fact that the "ALL IN ONE PRINTER" i bought is in fact only as you st

ated  PRINT,SCAN,COPY. What i thought I bought was an "all in one" printer as my previous printer was...........PRINT,SCAN,COPY and FAX...............I think I have been deceived by your company and by the sales representative!.............Shame on you.I will be a lot more carefull in the future,should I ever think of picking H P brand!

I run a home business and FAX DOES exist. I too was told it was an ALL IN ONE

Not only is the all in one moniker misleading reference fax capability, the computer menu itself has a fax function.
