When making a photocopy on my printer, I cannot change the paper size on the printer. Where can I change this manually? This is for copying, so I cannot select the paper size on the Mac as the copy doesn't go via the Mac.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Can you take out the paper and load the paper (with the size) that you want into the tray?
You will then see a prompt asking if you have changed the paper (size and type) and you can click on "Change".
Note that once this prompt disappears, you have to take out and reload the paper again to get it to show up. (no otehr way to get this prompt except but changing the paper (which touches a sensor inside the tray)
Hope that helps!

Thanks for this information. Following your post I reloaded the A3 paper to prompt the message, then changed to A4. It would be useful if there was a way of bringing up the prompt manually, but I've managed to do it this way.
