Greetings!
Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, you are trying to enable the Web-Services and looking for a proxy code.
Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Let's try these steps -
1) Obtain the IP address of the printer. The IP address for the printer can be found by touching the Wireless button on the control panel or by printing a network configuration page.
2) Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
3) Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4).
4) Click on the radio button which says “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
5) Click on radio button which says “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address).
6) Restart your printer and then try enabling web-services.
Let me know how that goes.
