The HP tech took control of my computer and set one of my computer so that when I go to my printer and tap on "Scan" and then "Computer" and select THAT computer it goes to a shared folder on that computer. I think he used the Printer Assistant on that computer. I didn't see all of what he did, but I need to set up my other computer the same way.
Any one got any step-by-step suggestions?

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Watch this example that shows you how it's done:
If you are referring to saving to a specific scan folder, then this example will show you how:
Scan & save as individual PDF file and also to designated folder (& change default scan name)
For more scanning tips, this link would be useful:
Hope that helps!
