How do I unlock HP OfficeJet Pro 9018?

I'm trying to set up faxing from my HP OfficeJet Pro 9018.  It says person who setup this printer has locked the printer.  I did the setup.  I did not state to lock printer features.  How can I unlock my printer.  I can't proceed further with the FAX setup.  No one else uses this printer.  I theoretically am the administrator.

I'd like to help!

I understand the printer is locked with the administrator password.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
