Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, To get the answer to this question, the OCR feature is already integrated with the full feature software.
Once you install the full feature software you would get an option called scan as editable text.
Click here: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP8020/OJP8020_Full_WebPack_49.3.4475.exe ... to download the software.
