When you fax you get an error message which is original not picked. I have been on with multiple techs and you have to go through their support day after day. Over and over with no results.

Does the printer try to actually feed the paper and fail or does it simply not even try to pull paper?  Does the feeder work when you make a copy. I understand your frustration but posting here without some adequate details will likely result in no one on this forum being able to help you either.

The paper moves on a fax but it states that the original does not get picked up. The HP tech has deemed it unfixable. The techs keep telling me that a new one is coming under warranty, or a box is coming to send mine back. Nothing has happened. They just lie to you, and keep you on the phone for hours.
