Hello I signed up for mobile printing but have not figured out how to cancel my trial? Does anyone know where and how I do so? Here is the closet FAQ I saw on the matter. My trial is not listed under my subscriptions.

Hi @PrintingPrints,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with cancelling the mobile fax service on your Printer.
If you do not want to use Mobile Fax, you can remove the tile from your Home screen in the Personalize Tiles list.
Mobile Fax is a permanent feature of the HP Smart app, similar to printing photos or scanning. It is automatically included in newer versions of the app.
HP does not require payment or a subscription to use the Mobile Fax service during the free trial period. 30 days before the end of the free trial period, HP offers paid service plan options. You can opt out at that time, or cancel an existing subscription at any time.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead!

Hello. I have the same issue. My trial was for 30 days. My trial is up on 7/28 and I have not received any communication about extending the service or the option to opt out. I no longer need this service and cannot afford the added expense, and it's beyond frustrating that there isn't an option anywhere on the website to settle this matter. Furthermore, I called the customer service number on my account (800) 474-6836 and was told to call (**bleep**) 473-2963 instead, but got no answer on that line.
