I am trying to enable scan to computer.  When I open HP smart and go to the scan tab I get the below message.  I set the printer up and do not remember locking anything.  How do I unlock this?

Scan to Computer Webscan   You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer.

Hi,

To enable Scan to Computer you would need to install the HP Basic or Full Feature Software option for your printer.

 

Please download and install the latest software by following HP Easy Start Offline below, once completing the software installation you may open your printer software (the printer icon added to your desktop), click Scan and then Manage Scan to Computer to activate front panel scanning:

I found it in HP Smart.  I logged in as admin using the PIN.  Then there is a settings tab all the way to the right.  I was able to unlock it from there.  I should have told you I already had HP Smart installed.  Thanks.
