HP 8600

Have an HP all-in-one with 100 numbers stored in the fax.  Now we've grown and are using two more in other areas of the office, all networked.  don't want to retype all the numbers twice.  Can I easily transfer to the other two HP all-in-ones??

@Gummy66, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

This option is not available on Officejet printers, however, the steps below are for an HP Laserjet printer. Let us give it a try.

  1. Tap the wireless icon to find the IP address of the printer.

  2. Type the product IP address into the address line of a Web browser to open the HP Embedded Web Server.

  3. Click the Fax tab and then click the Phone Book option under Settings.

  4. Click the Save/Restore Phone Book button.

  5. Select Restore the phone book from a file option, then click Next.

  6. Browse to the phone book file, highlight it, click Open, then finally, Finish.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
