@Rg212, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're looking to reduce the size of a copy on your HP DeskJet 3632 All-in-One Printer, here are the steps you can follow directly from the printer’s control panel:
- Turn on the printer and make sure paper is loaded in the input tray.
- Place the original document on the scanner glass (face down).
- On the printer control panel:
- Press the Copy button (either Black or Color).
- Then press the Settings button (it looks like a gear ⚙️ or may be labeled as "Copy Settings").
- Use the arrow buttons to navigate to Resize or Reduce/Enlarge.
- Select a preset option like:
- Fit to Page
- Custom % (e.g., 75% to reduce size)
- Confirm your selection and press Start Copy.
If you're using the HP Smart app, you can also scan and resize documents digitally before printing or saving.
