When scanning a document using HP easy Scan the scanned document has been reduced to around 70% of the size of the original document in this case A4. I need the scan to be 100% in size. How do I do this? The problem has recently appeared perhaps with the new operating system.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Could you please share the picture of the scan settings options?
- Have you tried adjusting the scan settings using fill or fit to the page?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi Ecko Lake
I am using HP easy scan and there are really no scan options. Under preferences, there are rotate options and different ways to save. I can see no scan setting options. In the HP smart, the scan menu says cannot scan to computer because it has been disabled, check with the person who set up the printer (me). Some short time ago well after I started using the printer this shrinking of the scanned documents started to occur.

Thank you for posting back.
Let's try few more steps:
Firstly, enable Scan to computer options. Open the HP Full-featured software by clicking on the printer icon on the desktop screen or by searching HP Officejet Pro 6968. Click here to know more about How to scan with an HP printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
