HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer

I want to scan a double sided id card, to a single page.

I definitely had this option in the past, but I can't find it any more.

There is such option to copy (and print immediately), but I want to scan to a computer without printing.

Did HP removed this option from the scanning software?

Thank for the detailed reply, but I don't see the answer to my question. How can I scan to a computer an ID card, so both sides will be on the same page?

The double-sided option creates a separate page for each side, and it's not what I want.

I have a scan like this saved on my PC, so this option was available some time ago.

Thanks.

I'm using Windows 11, and I tried both HP Smart, and the software you attached screenshots of, in the previous comment.

I can install any compatible software if needed.

I'm not asking how to do it manually by combining photos, I'm looking for and option that was available before.

I can also photocopy manually two sides of the ID by re-inserting the same page, but there is a built-in option to photocopy the ID from both sides and print them on a single page. I'm looking the same functionality in the scanner.
