Product: Office Jet Pro 6835

I'm trying to scan a legal size document in the tray on top, but it will only show up as letter size on my computer, cutting off the bottom of the page.  How do I change the settings so that it will scan the entire legal document?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

On the scan software, you can select "Legal size" or "Entire scan area  for the Scan Size? An example is shown below:

If you have not installed the FULL feature software (which includes the Scan sofwtare), try this wizard:

 

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
