Please download and install HP Scan Extended:

 

                  ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi


Once it's downloaded and installed, for Windows 10:


   (a) Hit Win key,
   (b) Scroll down to HP group/folder,
   (c) Double click "HP Scan Extended"


You can put a shortcut on Taskbar or Desktop

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  Apologies for jumping in here.

 

Try using HP Smart app to scan.  Download and install from Play Store (for Android) or Microsoft Store (For Windows 10 PC) .

At time 1:31, tap on the "+" symbol to scan more pages. After that, you can save in PDF or JPEG format.

At time 2:21, click on "+ Add pages" .
