Can you please tell me how to set up network scanning so I can scan to a folder on Microsoft Sharepoint.
I would like to have separate folders for each user in the office (3 in total).

If you look at the specs for the M477 it does not state it supports scan to sharepoint. Do you see any scan to sharepoint options in the setup through the EWS? It is possible that HP does not support that option on the M477. In that case you may have to scan to a local folder and transfer. The small screen and lack of a configurability on the control panel make this unit less than ideal for intensiive scanning environments. The Enterprise M577 would have been a better choice for your application.

Indeed Scanning to Sharepoint is not supported on HP Laserjet Pro class MFPs, a such is only supported by enterprise-class level devices such as Laserjet Enterprise, LaserJet Managed or Laserjet Flow MFPs.
You may set up scanning to a network folder or email for your printer, then you would need to manually upload those to a Sharepoint.
