Hi i have this error that says "A scanner error has occured. Be sure the scanner is properly connected and turned on. Ex=220"
whenever i open HP smart document scan software.
The scanner is properly connected to my PC and is detected, the scanner is turned on.
I can use the default scanner app, but since it can't scan to PDF. I need to use the hp scan software but this error always appearing. can't create new profile also in hp scan software
I already reinstalled the software and driver and still the same.
need help 😞
