HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer Mobile Fax, Windows 10 Professional 64 bit Build 2004 HP Smart, 1.55mps WiFi

I spent about an hour with HP Cloud Tech Support troubleshooting issue: Can't send more than 2 pages using HP Smart Mobile Fax. He couldn't find anything that would cause the problem, nor resolve it. He left me with contacting my ISP to confirm the following settings, but that makes no sense to me when I can send Faxes just not more than 2 pages. I tried telling him that error occurs before the Internet connection is used, but he doesn't agree. After scanning the documents completes successfully, and during the Continue to Fax process, which is saving the scanned pages to a .pdf file and attaching the .PDF file to the fax, is when the procedure FAILS. The next phase is when I select the button "Send Fax" and the fax number that I provided in the First Step is dialed and sent via the WiFi connection from my Printer to my Cable Modem. 1 or 2 page fax completes successfully every time, but 3 or more pages fails during "Continue to Fax" everytime. But wait I just sent a 4 page test Fax without making any changes. So I will try adding more pages. HP Cloud Support Technician had me power cycle both my Cable Modem and the Printer, but immediately afterward there was no improvement. It was less than an hour afterward while recreating the process for this post that I successfully sent a 3 page Fax plus 1 page Cover Page created after the 3 page fax was added.  I tried unsuccessfully to send a 5 page fax; at first the printer couldn't even scan the pages, so I had to power cycle once again the Printer only and here is the error message that I always receive when it fails: "There was a problem uploading.... Please try again. When I tried again it worked. Previously I had tried several times and also tried prescanning pages and saving to .pdf file and then adding to Fax, but I never succeeded until now.

I have administrator user account for my Cable Modem, so I can check and make most of the configuration changes if any need changing:

Have the latest firmware updated on the router.

• Multi-casting (multicast filtering) needs to be on or enabled (Allows Bonjour Connectivity)
• Allow Wireless Ports, these can also be blocked in security software:
• Incoming (UDP) ports : 137, 138, 161, 427
• Outgoing (TCP) ports : 137, 139, 427, 9100, 9220, 9500
• Most printers only support 2.4 GHz not 5GHz (make sure that the 2.4 GHz SSID is named differently from the 5 GHz SSID)
• Recommended network name and password DO NOT contain any spaces/punctuation or special characters
• Encryption should be WPA-TKIP or WPA2-TKIP/AES (printers are not compatible w/ WEP-shared encryption and WEP-Open is a very low encryption type)
• Make the password 10 digit alphanumeric.
• Dual broadcasting enabled (for wireless b/g and n networks)
• Mac filtering Disabled
• The built in Firewall should be at the default or lower settings ?
