I have an HP8600 printer hooked up wirelessly too my Dell computer running Windows 11. I have HP Smart installed. I can initiate a scan from the computer for documents on the HP8600 but I cannot initiate the scan from the printer. In HP Smart, when I go to Settings>Advanced Settings>Scan I get the message "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer." I am the person who set up the printer.
What settings do I need to change to enable me to initiate a scan from the printer?
