Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M183fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have sorken in HP service for 30 yrats and hava never experienced a crap like this Unit.

I recieved it a week ago, it is a laser jet PRO mfp m183fw, s/n [personal info removed], prod nbr 7KW56A.

It can not copy, It can not print from a computer.

It is cutting  the right part of an A4 off by 10cm.

I have tried to reconfigure the print out, but nothing helps.

 Could not have microsoft to connect to he printer anymoore. This is pictures of plain copy work. one original and one result from the lasejet.

I could not enter the scanned pdf files so I had to take photos.

The printer is ok now.

i restarted the computor removed all printer drivers and restarted the computer again and reloaded  the driver and used hp smart to complete the installation. I neded to Change the paper format then everything was ok
