Since I got this Acer laptop, I have been unable to download/install HP Solution Centre. I have issues trying to do anything regarding the printer with this laptop. Please help!

Please follow the steps below,
software download Link 1:
software download Link 2:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
And follow the on screen istructions to download the drivers for your printer.

HP may rename HP Solution Center to better names: HP Support Assistant (HPSA) and HP Printer Assistant. Your machine is an Acer therefore I don't think you can install HPSA, please download and install the following software and drivers to your computer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL34152/mp-109793-3/PS_AIO_07_C410_140_408-5.exe
