Hello,
The printer not copying full page while using button, it would stop around 80% every time, both color and black&white.
But scan to pc and print works perfectly fine.
Just happened recently, using the same setup as before. A4 plain paper.
Super annoying, so any recommendation on the fix would be appreciated.

I have found the solution.
The paper size settings was somehow changed to smaller size paper.
By changing the default paper size ( for me, using HP smart in Windows, in advanced tab, changing paper size) the problem is solved.
Thank you for the recommedation.

Hi @Khanin
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
If your HP Ink Tank Wireless 419 is not copying full pages and stops around 80%, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Check Paper Size Settings:
- Ensure that the paper size settings on the printer match the size of the paper you are using (A4 in your case). If the settings are incorrect, it might cause the copying issue.
Clean the Scanner Glass:
- Dirt or smudges on the scanner glass can interfere with the scanning process. Clean the glass gently with a soft, lint-free cloth and some glass cleaner (make sure to avoid getting any liquid on the printer).
Check for Obstructions:
- Inspect the scanner lid and mechanism for any obstructions that might prevent the scanner from moving fully. Make sure there’s nothing blocking the path.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can check for updates using the HP Smart app or by visiting the HP website.
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it for about a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on. This can help reset any temporary issues.
Reset the Printer to Factory Settings:
- If the issue persists, consider resetting the printer to its factory settings. Be aware that this will erase all settings, so you may need to reconfigure your printer afterward. Refer to the printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
