Product: officejet 6500 E710n-z

I do not have a landline.  I have a need to fax information out to different offices.  I do NOT  receive faxes however. Is there a way to get around  having a landline?  using the my printer Scanner OfficeJet 6500 E710n-Z wireless printer scanner?

Could it use my cellphone number?

No, you need telephone landline connected to your printer to be able to send fax messages.

 

You don't need a fax machine to send faxes, you can install applications that will allow you to send faxes from your computer without using a fax machine:
