Good afternoon,

My scanner works wireless with my Laptop (windows). Unfortunately it does not work with the Android 'HP Smart app'  - again ONLY the scan function, printing via the app works.

The app comes up with the following error: ' Feature unavailable- this feature is not supported by the selected printer'.

I've updated the printer to the latest firmware but it did not fix the problem.

Any advice??

Thanks a lot!!!
