My m4345 is not working because it's copier function is not functional, software is deleted. How to resolve this problem

You need to  better define the problem. The scanning function is part of firmware/os so cannot go missing without one of two things:

1. harddrive failing which would result in all functions stopping

2. the scanner board failing in which case you should get an error code.

3. On some versions of the os you can hide functions from appearing on the control panel and you would need to set it to show again.

If you can copy with the machine, this is most likely a setting issue. that said, your description is lacking and a more complete description of the problem including any error codes that show on the screen would be helpful.

I use only machine to copy directly without os. Before this problem, it is working nice as photocopy machine. But now, when I start it only lited screen appears but no option of functions. It just starts but no message and no further options to work.

Could be several things but hard to determine from your post. The harddrive in the device may have failed or firmware is corrupt, this has nothing to do with computer OS, the printer itself is basically a Windows CE computer with a printer and scanner attached. The scanner may have failed or the scanner board. Can you post a picture of the control panel so I can see exactly what you are talking about please.

Also tell me how to update software and which software is needed?

49 error is likely corrupted firmware or failed hard drive. Go to support.hp.com and find your firmware file. See the readme attached as it contains all the instructions for installing firmware. If that does not work, then probably you will need to replace the harddrive.
