When I scan or copy from either ADF or flatbed, the scanner goes through the motions and produces a page of colored vertical lines across the entire page.  I have noticed that the scanner LED lights do NOT come on at all, even when resetting power to the printer.  It's been a few weeks since I last scanned something, and since then I have updated to Win11, but this seems more like a scanner LED issue than software.  Any Ideas?  I have reset printer. Tried to update Firmware via HP Smart but that shows it as "up to date".
