Hi, in the HP Smart app, i can't find a way to do a manual duplex scan. It should be a way to blend two scanning process using ADF. thanks

Welcome to HP Support Community
I would like to help
You will need to do the manual duplex scanning through the scanner bed ( The scanner Glass ). Once you have scanned a document using the HP Smart App, you need to use the + sign on the App which will allow you to scan again keeping the previous scanned document.
Once you turn over the document and scan the other size, both sided will be scanned as one PDF document.
Similarly if you want to add more scanned documents as one file, you can use the + sign to keep adding new scanned documents
Thank you

hi thanks for the help, but your solution doesn't allow me to take advantage of the printer adf. so i found another solution. I create two pdf files. One with even pages and the other with odd pages and then I merge them with special software such as Sejda PDF. Thanks again, Claudio.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community. Apologies for jumping in here.
Use the HP Full Software scan, you can use the ADF and it will automatically sort the page order for you!
Download software from this link:
These resources will be useful to show how it's done and other great tips of using the printer!
