My C4700 has stopped copying since a few weeks ago. There is ink, it scans, it prints from our laptops - just the copying has been affected. There is no error message, it doesn't make a sound as if it were trying to copy, it just does nothing. When we press 'OK' to copy nothing happens.
I've tried one I found on here which suggested disconnecting, waiting and re-connecting. The diagnostic tool on HP Solution site says nothing's wrong.
any ideas / help would be appreciated.
