I have tried the Scan Doctor site but it only reported a Paper Jam error . There is no paper jam it print Ok from the computer but will not copy , it just produces many long thin lines top to bottom.( I checked the paper path for debris as suggested by Scan Doctor but nothing there.)

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.
I believe the best option will be to contact a repair centre.This might be a hardware problem on the printer.Hope that this will help.

I would un install the driver and re install the latest driver and firmware for the printer and then retry.Hope this will help.
