Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

My printer fax doesn’t work. I have a phone line so I did some test with it, it says the phone is not for faxing so I change it and did another test but it keeps saying the same thing. I don’t know what to do. Please help me.

HP Recommended

Traditional faxes use analog lines. You probably have a VOIP phone. 

The problem is explained here.

If you cannot fax through your modem on a voice line then the modem does not support T.38
