My scans now have a black screen until you scroll down. SO I have to use a flash drive to go between my scanner and computer, due to the fact they won't talk over WIFI or wired network (a whole other story). I have restarted the computer, I have restarted the printer, I have reformatted the USB stick. My scans come through with an initial black screen ans when you scan down they will appear. I have to send these scans to customers and this isn't acceptable. Has anyone experienced anything like this and have any suggestions?
