Scanner worked fine until I changed out an ink cartridge that was "low". Now the printer will only scan from the flat bed. When I try to use the document feeder I can hear the scanner setting up. No document goes through the feeder but the scanner indicates that the scan has been sent successfully.
I've done the disconnect of the power cord, checked for updates for firmware and drivers, run the HP Doctor etc. Nothing has resolved the issue.

I understand you are unable to scan from the automatic document feeder (ADF).

If the issue persists, try the steps in the document -Automatic document feeder does not pick paper or feeds too many sheets
