- OfficeJet Pro 9025 repeatedly shows Error Code B305DFF9

The OfficeJet Pro 9025 works for a bit, then goes offline and shows the blue screen error code B305DFF9. If I unplug it, let it sit for a bit, plug it in, it will work for a while, but it happens again.
I have the most current Firmware.
I have seen in other posts that I need to perform a hard reset, so I would like instructions on how to do that.

Hello,
You will need to follow the instructions below to solve this issue:
- On the front panel of the printer, click four times on the location of the back arrow
(the arrow being inactive). - A hidden menu will appear, click Support menu.
- Scroll down to Reset Menu, and validate with OK.
- Scroll down to Semi-Full reset, and validate with OK.
- The printer will shut down, please restart it.
- Please reconfigure the printer.
