I have an 8600 officejet all-in-one that IT used to scan in a 13 page document but when I tried later to make a copy the immage had black streaks the full length. When I print from a file from the computer, allis well and I get excellent results. The copy issue is whether I use the document feeder, or directly from the glass. Is there a solution to this situation? Thank you, Dan
