Hello, recently I bought this AIO for my small company. During my work, I often have a need to copy carbonless documents that have hand written fields on it. However, if I copy carbonless document, hand-written content is almost invisible on the copy (content is too light). I have tried adjusting contrast, changing document type, upgrading firmware, but nothing helped. Changing density helps a little, but it is far from good, and it consumes a lot of toner.
I also have M1212nf AIO, which make copies of these documents perfectly, even darker than on original document, but it is old and often produces paper jams, so that was the reason to buy this new printer.
Do you have any solution, did you maybe had previous reports on this issue?
