Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

With my previous HP inset, there was an app that allowed me to scan immediately. With my new 9014, I have to use HP SMART that connects to the Cloud and takes an age by comparison. Is there an App that can be stored locally?

Yes, you may install and use the HP Easy Scan application from the Mac App Store:
