Hello,
when copying multiple Paiges i always get these Stains on the printed Pages, but only on the First Page.
Replacing all four Cartridges didn't help, cleaning the two Stripe-Scan-Glasses or Rollers in and under the ADF didn't help either.

Hard to be sure from the picture but it looks like you are getting some background yellow and magenta? First thing I would check is to ensure that the device is connected directly to the wall and not sharing a circuit with any heavy draw item like an air conditioner or heater. If this is only during copying and not printing, try increasing the background cleanup setting.
