Fax was unable to print and saved to printer memory. How do I access the printer memory to print the fax?
I already tried going to fax tools and there was no option for this
Edit: it is an Officejet Pro 9025e

Hi @Valerie259,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To access and print a fax saved to memory on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e, follow these steps:
1. Access the Printer Control Panel
Turn on the Printer:
- Ensure that your OfficeJet Pro 9025e is powered on and ready.
Navigate to the Control Panel:
- Use the touchscreen control panel on the printer to access settings and menus.
2. Find the Fax Menu
Open Fax Menu:
- From the Home screen on the touchscreen, tap on the Fax icon to enter the fax menu.
Access Fax Settings:
- In the Fax menu, look for Fax Tools or Fax Settings. You might need to tap on Setup or Settings to find these options.
3. Print Fax from Memory
Select Fax Memory:
- Look for an option related to Fax Memory or Saved Faxes. This may also be listed as Stored Faxes or similar.
View Saved Faxes:
- Tap on this option to view the list of faxes saved in memory. You should see a list of received faxes that have been stored.
Select and Print Fax:
- Choose the fax you want to print from the list. Select it, and then tap Print or Print Selected to print the fax.
4. Check for Additional Options
Review Other Menus:
- If you don’t see the fax in the memory, review other related menus like Fax History or Fax Log.
Consult Printer Manual:
- If you’re unable to find the fax memory options, consult the printer’s user manual for detailed instructions specific to your model.
5. Troubleshoot if Necessary
Check Ink and Paper:
- Ensure that there is enough paper in the tray and that the ink cartridges are not low or empty.
Restart Printer:
- Restart the printer to reset any temporary issues that might be affecting its functionality.
Software Update:
- Make sure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. Check the HP website for any available updates.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi Rachael,
I followed the steps you laid out and the only options were to clear fax memory or run a fax test. I checked every other menu option relating to faxes and nowhere is there an option to access fax memory or print saved faxes. Perhaps there is no way to access it for our model. Thanks for responding
