Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When I try to copy something from computer screen or from documents file the printer shows, on my computer, a screen for sending a fax.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you ensure that you select the printer instead of the "Fax" when you print?

 

Example: choose printer instead of Onenote or Fax....

 

Select printer to print.jpg
