Dear Sir/Madam 

It is to inform you that our organization has purchase 30 nos. of HP Laser jet MFP 136nw printer from [edit] .Some printers are not scanning with the scanner software .When I complaint to seller ,he told me to contact Hp as he is helpless and not attending my phone calls. So please arrange to resolve my problem.
