Hi @DAG4520,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To print a prior fax sent via the HP Smart app on your iPad, you can try the following steps.
Use the Forward Option to Print
- Open the HP Smart App:
- Launch the HP Smart app on your iPad.
- Access Sent Faxes:
- Go to the Fax History section within the app.
- Locate the fax you wish to print.
- Forward the Fax:
- Select the Forward option.
- Send the fax to your own email address.
- Print from Email:
- Open your email and download the attached document.
- Use the print option to send it to your connected printer.
Save to Cloud and Print
- Download or Save the Fax:
- If the HP Smart app allows downloading or saving the fax as a PDF, save it to a cloud service (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive).
- Print from the Cloud:
- Access the saved file from the cloud and print it directly using your printer.
Screenshot and Print
- Screenshot the Fax:
- Open the fax and take a screenshot of it on your iPad.
- To screenshot, press the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously (for iPads without a home button) or the Home and Power buttons simultaneously (for iPads with a home button).
- Print the Screenshot:
- Open the Photos app and select the screenshot.
- Tap the Share button and choose Print.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
