Hello,
It must have an easy solution
My printer works well with the wireless radio on on my HP printer. I tried the scanner which worked well too before I had the wireless radio on my printer, but now it is printing the scanner won't scan asking me to refresh or go to settings menu. The menu didn't show me the solution I can understand.
Thanks for your help

@Balloon1, Welcome to HP support Community!
Let us try the following steps-
Restart your devices
- Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
- Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from.
- Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the router. Wait until Internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off.
- Turn on the computer.
Try scanning. If the issue persists, download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor from here which will automatically diagnose and fix any printing or scanning related issues.
Let me know the outcome.
Cheers 🙂

Hello,
Tried what you suggested, and it didn't work.
It seems to be an IP problem, but I don't know how to solve it.
Does anyone have the solution? Happy to hear from you again.
Thanks to TEJ1602 anyhow.
