So infuriating... trying to sort out my printer as it’s prints fuzzy and block like.

 

can’t scan the alignment print as it says there’s nothing to scan!?

 

tried cleaning, resetting, assorts but not working..

I see that you are experiencing print quality issues, if you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
