I've seen HP OfficeJet 5230 in wifi and I can print a document on it.
I open the hp Smart V110.1.671.0 software. I can see the wifi printer and if I click "Printer Settings" I can see its settings.
If I click "Digitize," the scan starts on the printer but in Hp smart appears: "Computer-related problem has been detected. restart consulted and try again. If the p^roblem persists, check out the Hp support website."
I unistalled Hp Smart. The Bonilien the pc, clean with CCleaner. I reinstalled Hp smart but toukours same problem witn the scanner.

Hi @Gégé86
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to scan. I'd be happy to assist you.
Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or an application issue.
If you are able to print from your PC, it means the connectivity is fine.
Install and use HP Scan extended application to check if that helps.
Click here to download the same.
Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
Have a great day!
