I have a HP6935 All in one printer. My printer works, but my scanner does not. If I scan using the feeder and have it on Source feeder. It states No paper detected. Add a document to the paper source and try again. If I change the Source to Auto-configured and try scanning it states the scanner is busy. Wait for the scanner to finish and they try again, or close any apps that are using the scanner. I had out it dept look at it and nothing is running. Anyone else ever have this issue? Thanks

Hi@Suep0947,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing scanner issues with the HP Officejet Pro 6835 E-All-In-One Printer.
I have a few recommendations
- Click on this link for further steps https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-6830-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5390307/model...
- The paper might not be engaged with the feed rollers. The paper-width guide is pressed against the paper stack too tightly. The paper tray is not completely inserted into the product. The paper settings in the print driver do not match the paper loaded in the paper tray.
Follow the Steps below to resolve scanning problems using the HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Windows: Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Mac: Use Diagnose & Fix through HP Smart. Learn more here
- Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
- Once HP Print and Scan Doctor is open, click Start, and then choose your printer.
- If your printer is not listed, turn it on and click Retry.
- If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in the tool.
- Click Fix Scanning.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
