Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

OfficeJet 8610
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I just recieved my replacement printer and I want to return it.  I was told I would get the same printer to replace my OfficeJet 8600 but instead I got an OfficeJet 8610. It is much larger and won't fit on the shelf where the old model was.

The problem is I can't get a return authorization because the product is recycled so the CSO is BJLQ9003-01. The HP return department tells me I must get a return authorization from another department but my inquiry then falls into a deep hole.

I have spent over an hour on hold waiting for someone, anyone to help me. All I want is to return this week old product
